- We believe everyone has the right to legal representation so to achieve what is just, no matter their financial circumstances. Our special ‘no win no fee’ arrangement offers peace of mind for potential claimants, by providing access to justice and legal representation to those with a valid claim but who would otherwise not be able to afford a lawyer.
- Not every claim can qualify on a No Win - No Fee arrangement
- Our No Win Now Fee arrangement if offered on a case-by-case basis for claims in Cyprus. Before we offer you a No Win No Fee arrangement, our law firm must be satisfied that:
- Your claim has legitimated legal merit, as per our evaluation
- Without the arrangement you would not afford to take legal action on your own accord
- You're fully aware of any likely costs to prepare and run your case, and
- You're informed of the possible risk of paying the other party's costs if your claim is unsuccessful. This is a potential risk in all litigation and can include court and legal costs.
- No Win - No Fee Arrangement & Obligations (conditions)
- If No Win No Fee arrangement can apply to your claim, we’ll set out the detail and conditions for the arrangement in a Legal Cost Agreement, which includes both our and your obligations. You will need to approve and sign this before we can begin.
- In generally, our obligations under a No Win No Fee arrangement are:
- We will work on your claim in a prompt, efficient and professional manner, always doing out utmost to achieve your claim
- Regularly inform you of the progress of your claim
- Consult you directly before any unexpected or unusual expenses are incurred, and
- Advise you if and when our estimate of your legal costs changes considerably.
- In generally, your obligation under a No Win No Fee arrangement are:
- Tell us honestly and openly everything that is relevant to your claim and let us know of any material change in your circumstances that might impact on your claim
- Fully cooperate with us and do everything that we reasonably request in relation to your case
- Accept and follow all reasonable advice that we give you during the case, and
- Retain us as your lawyers until your claim is finalised.
No Win, No Fee - if you don’t win the case, you don’t pay our legal fees
Under our No Win No Fee arrangement, if your personal injury claim is unsuccessful, you may not need to pay any of our legal fees. We’ll talk you through this arrangement in more detail in your initial appointment if it can apply to your particular claim.
