Compensation of €67,000 was received by a worker who was represented by our law firm, after he was injured in an explosion of an abandoned mine
A contractor had commissioned the worker to clear out a waste field when, in an attempt to the work with an agricultural machine, he came in contact with an abandoned mine which exploded, injuring him in various parts of his body.
